We recommend, for environmental standards and to help preserve our planet, not exceeding 130 g of seafood per person.

Precise freezing process Right after harvesting, the lobsters are:
Sorted and cleaned on board to remove impurities.
Individually packed to preserve integrity and avoid cross‑contamination.
Blast frozen at −40 °C within minutes of capture to lock in freshness, texture, and nutritional value.
Stored at −18 °C throughout transport and distribution to maintain optimal quality until delivery.
This rapid deep‑freezing process ensures the flesh remains firm, moist, and flavorful, as if freshly caught.
