Ingredients: Rapeseed oil (origin: EU and non‑EU); smoked and salted cod eggs (Gadus morhua) 25%; water; summer truffle pieces (Tuber Aestivum) 2.94%; breadcrumbs (wheat); extra virgin olive oil; salt; concentrated lemon juice; summer truffle juice (Tuber Aestivum); flavouring. May contain traces of shellfish.
Preparation & tasting tips: Serve well chilled (0–4 °C). Spoon onto slightly warm blinis or toasted country bread; present in verrines with a dollop of light crème and a sprinkle of chives. Do not heat.
