Our rillettes are 98% organic duck. Melting in the mouth, they are worthy of the most beautiful tables and the most refined gourmets.

Our poultry come from an animal welfare farm recognized by the Organic Agriculture label. Poultry have free access to the light and natural spaces surrounding the farm. Their 100% organic diet is carefully monitored by a nutritionist.

We recommend, for environmental standards and to preserve our planet, not to exceed 130 g of meat per person.

On trouve dans ces rillettes le goût du canard, ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas dans les rillettes; elles sont peu grasses, ce qui est bienvenu ; un petit bémol : inhabituellement peu salées , mais certainement plus diététique ; je recommande
