Our Organic Margherita is the original pizza which takes the 3 colors of the Italian flag: the red of the tomato, the white of the mozzarella and the green of the basil.

It is a "real" Neapolitan pizza (according to the standards of the international regulation in force since 1984) i.e. with a raised edge of 1 to 2 cm, which gives it much more crispness!

The dough is made from natural spring water and is handcrafted. Our delicious pizza is also topped with organic cherry tomatoes, which gives it a soft and slightly sweet taste. What a way to awaken your taste buds in the Italian way!

Ingredients

Wheat flour*, mozzarella*(19%)(milk*, bacterial cultures, salt, rennet), water, tomato puree*, tomato pulp*, tomatoes*(7%), emmenthal*(6.5%)(milk, salt, rennet), extra virgin olive oil*, yeast, salt, Durum wheat semolina*, cane sugar*, basil*, oregano*.

Instructions

Put your pizza in a very hot pre-heated oven (200°c) for 8 minutes to make the pizza crust crispy and melt the cheese without burning.

Finish the pizza with a drizzle of Organic Olive Oil and some Basil leaves (optional).

Store at -18°C or -12°C (1 month) at -6°C (3 days) or even in the refrigerator (24 h).
