In terrine, this feature is an asset that goes very well with green pepper, itself slightly raised. The whole represents a perfect balance representative of the French culinary know-how, whose reputation is no longer to be made.
Our poultry come from an animal welfare farm recognized by the Organic Agriculture label. Chickens have free access to the light and natural spaces surrounding the farm. Their 100% organic diet is carefully monitored by a nutritionist. Our guinea fowl thus live 94 days of well-being, and this one persists until the end of their life since they are then brought and anesthetized in the only 100% organic slaughterhouse in the world.
