Truffles Pizza
Origin : ItalyMade with spring water, its fine dough will bring all the Italian sunshine to your plate.
Its recipe combines a delicate dough and filling with real black summer truffles for an inimitable taste in your mouth.
Wheat flour, mozzarella(23%)(milk, cultures, salt, rennet), water, mushrooms with truffle (8%) [champignon mushrooms, Pleurotus Ostreatus mushrooms, sunflower oil, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) (0,5%), wheat flour, salt, garlic, pepper, flavourings], extra virgini olive oil, durum wheat semolina, truffle sauce (3,5%) [champignon mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) (3%), salt, parsley, garlic, flavourings], champignon mushrooms, olive oil, salt, yeast, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour.
Allergens : gluten, milk. May contain traces of nuts, soy, eggs, crustacean and fish.

Store at -18°C or -12°C (1 month) at -6°C (3 days) or even in the refrigerator (24 h).
Remove the Pizza from the packaging and let it defrost for about 10 min. In the mean time preheat the oven to a temperature of 220°C. Bake it on the oven tray for about 6-7 min or until the mozzarella has melted
