The Rosé of the Chapelle

By adding La Chapelle de Saint Dominique (ANIANE § HERAULT) to our product range, we have gained a better understanding of the various terroirs and microclimates of the Languedoc-Roussillon, we have established links with many winegrowers in the region and we are now able to present our new range of carefully selected mono-varietals from the valleys of Herault and Aude and marketed under the name LA CHAPELLE. A wine full of character, elegant and refreshing.

This delicious rosé is a blend of equal quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carignan.

Beautiful pale pink color, brilliant.

Nice aromatic freshness at first nose, notes of small red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry.

The agitation reinforces the complexity with white fruit and more acidic citrus aromas. The freshness is found in mouth, very pleasant with a lot of greediness.

Nice balance.

Finish on fruity notes with lightness in the aromas. I
