Château Pavie Macquin
Origin : FranceThe first Pavie-Macquin wine is produced from 3 grape varieties occupying 15 hectares of complex soils dominated by clay and limestone, on the famous rocky substrate of limestone with asterias of Saint-Émilion. The first of the grape varieties is Merlot, lord of the appellation, with 80% of the cuvée. Then come Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, for 18% and 2% respectively.
This Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, whose strength has been well channeled through controlled yields and successful aging, has its creators say that it was necessary to tame its power to restore it to grace and thus regain the power of Grace.
