Origin : ItalyBakery product with a characteristic elongated shape cooked in a stone over at high temperature in the Puglia region.
The focaccia is handmade with characteristic finger marks on the surface. Before cooking it is covered with extra virgin olive oil presenting the typical aromas of the focaccia.
The dough is prepared with sourdough and micro-filtered sea weter to make the product light, crunchy and highly digestible.
