Raised in the cold waters and strong currents of northern Scotland, our salmon develops a flesh that is low in fat and full of minerals essential to the proper functioning of our body.
Salted and smoked in beech and oak wood in brick kilns dating from 1870, it has exceptional taste qualities thanks to our method of artisanal production since 15 years.
Royal Scottish Smoked Salmon was awarded 5 times as the best salmon in Europe by one of the best gourmet associations in the world! Our salmon is also approved by the Queen and has the prestigious Royal Warrants of Appointment – means you eat the same products as the Royal Family members!
We recommend, for environmental standards and to preserve our planet, to not exceed 130 g of sea food per personn.
