This Italian antipasto, today part of our customs, is carefully sliced from our 100% Natural Black Angus beef. The pieces of Carpaccio are sliced beautifully round and thin to guarantee incredibly tender meat. Presented in the form of a rosette suitable for 2 to 5 people: it is tender and melting meat-lace.
The taste is very sweet and pleasant.
We recommend, for environmental standards and to preserve our planet, to not exceed 130 g of meat per person.

InstructionsPut your carpaccio on a plate and let it defrost quietly in the fridge. Season it right before serving with a simple Genovese pesto and fleur de sel. You may also bring a chic twist with a bit of truffle oil spread with a brush, some truffle shavings and still a bit of fleur de sel.
Store at -18 ° C for frozen food.
Do not refreeze a defrosted product.

Ingredients :
- 500 grams of netting
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- Some chopped basil leaves or whole arugula
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parmesan chips.
Recipe preparation :
- In a small bowl, pour the oil and lemon juice.
- Add salt, pepper and herbs of Provence to the lemon oil mixture.
- Spread half of the fragrance mixture on the plates.
- Place the beaf on a plate without overlapping them.
- Oil beef generously again with a brush or spoon.
- Add chopped basil leaves or whole arugula leaves and some parmesan chips.
