Meet the little brother of our 100% pure Organic Irish Black Angus beef burger. Only noble cuts are selected for the burger and are intentionally coarsely minced (Butcher cut) so as to stimulate the consumer to chew and enjoy its juiciness. The taste of the meat is enhanced through a 15% marbling (fat).
This small burger is particularly appreciated in cocktails where they are eaten… in one gulp!

Collagen ratio on meat protein less than 15%
Instructions
You will need a burger bun. Cut it in half and toast each inner white side. Heat up a non-stick pan with a trickle of olive oil, sprinkle your Organic Black Angus burger with salt & pepper on each side and cook for 3 minutes each side. This will give you a medium rare tender and juicy burger. Top your burger with lettuce, some tomato, and red onion slices, as well as with a simple cocktail sauce (organic ketchup or mayonnaise). Serve it with organic French fries which will make it even more delicious.
Store at -18 ° C for frozen food.
Do not refreeze a defrosted product.
