Put your carpaccio on a plate and let it defrost quietly in the fridge. Season it right before serving with a simple Genovese pesto and fleur de sel. You may also bring a chic twist with a bit of truffle oil spread with a brush, some truffle shavings and still a bit of fleur de sel.
Store at -18 ° C for frozen food.

Ingredients :

Recipe preparation :
